All payments made to BrewedClicks for services — including strategy sessions, campaign management, funnel creation, consulting, and related marketing services — are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our services involve personalized strategies, creative work, and platform setup that cannot be returned or resold.

Resources, ad spend allocations, and professional time are committed immediately after project commencement.

Marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control, such as your market conditions, offer quality, and adherence to recommended actions.

3. Exceptions
A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.

• A payment was processed without your authorization (subject to verification).

• A service was purchased but never commenced due to our inability to deliver.

All exception requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.

4. Cancellation of Services
If you choose to cancel a service before completion:

• No refund will be issued for work already performed.

• Any outstanding unpaid amounts for completed work will remain due immediately.

• If a deposit or retainer was paid, it will be applied toward work completed and is non-refundable.

5. Ad Spend
If you provide ad budgets directly to platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), those funds are handled by the platform and subject to their own refund policies. We do not control or process those refunds.

6. Policy Changes
